Yoghurt Baked Fish


4 haddock fillets
1/2 pt (300ml) natural yoghurt
1 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
2 oz (50g) cheese, grated
4 oz (100g) breadcrumbs


1. Place fillets in ovenproof dish.
2. Mix together yoghurt, lemon juice, parsley and seasoning and spoon over fish.
3. Mix together the cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top.
4. Cook in a pre-heated oven 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 for 20-25 minutes.
