Toffee Crisp


1 bag marshmallows (approx. 200g)
2 bars toffee
4 oz (100g) margarine
6-7 oz (175-200g) Rice Krispies
icing sugar


1. Melt marshmallows, toffee and margarine in a large pan.
2. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies.
3. Press mixture into a lined Swiss roll tin.
4. Dust with icing sugar, allow to set and cut into bars.
