Sweet and Sour Lamb Chops


4 lamb chops
1 dsp oil
2 oz (50g) mushrooms
½ red pepper, sliced
½ green pepper, sliced
2 carrots, cut in sticks
1 small can pineapple
1 tblsp vinegar
2 tblsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 dsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornflour


1. Heat oil in large frying pan and fry chops quickly.
2. Add rest of ingredients (except cornflour) to pan and bring to boil.
3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Blend cornflour in little water, add to pan and stir until thickened.
5. Serve with rice (or potatoes) and salad.
