South African Rice Salad


3 cups cooked rice
3 cups peaches, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup raisins

¼ cup cooking oil
2 tblsp vinegar
2 tblsp chutney
2 tblsp soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
salt and pepper to taste


1. Mix salad ingredients
2. Mix sauce ingredients and add to salad ingredients.,
Note: Keeps for two days in refrigerator.
