3 oz (75g) suet
1 onion, chopped
6 oz (175g) oatmeal
salt and pepper
1. Melt suet in frying pan and fry onion for 2 minutes.
2. Add oatmeal and seasoning and cook on a fairly high heat.
3. Stir until oatmeal is browned.
4. Serve immediately.
