Salad Surprise


7 oz (200g) tin cooked ham, chopped
3 oz (75g) cheddar cheese, cubed
4 oz (100g) dried apricots, chopped
4 oz (100g) sultanas
salad dressing as required
2 bananas, sliced
2 apples, sliced
2 pears, sliced
2 kiwi fruit, sliced


1. Mix all ingredients with salad dressing.
2. Serve with hot garlic bread.
