Raisin Buns


4 oz (100g) margarine
4 oz (100g) soft brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
4 oz (100g) S. R. flour
4 tblsp All-Bran, crushed
4 oz (100g) raisins


1. Cream margarine and sugar, then add eggs and flour.
2. Add bran and raisins and mix well.
3. Put spoonfuls of mixture into paper cake cases.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven 190°C/375°F/Gas 5 for 15-20 minutes.
