Quick Pudding


1 lb (450g) frozen raspberries (or other fruit)
1/2 pt (300ml) natural runny yoghurt
1/4 pt (150ml) natural runny fromage frais
2 tblsp porridge oats
2 tblsp demerara sugar


1. Put the fruit in an ovenproof dish and let it defrost slightly.
2. Mix yoghurt and fromage frais and pour over fruit.
3. Sprinkle over with porridge oats and then sugar.
4. Brown under grill, chill and serve within 2 hours.
