Quick Fish (Microwaved)
Ingredients
8 oz (225g) whiting
salt and pepper
2 tblsp salad cream
sprig of parsley
Method
1. Place seasoned fish in dish of appropriate size.
2. Cover fish thickly with salad cream.
3. Microwave on “Full Power” for 4 minutes.
4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
