4 x 6 oz (175g) pork steaks
6 oz (175g) courgettes, thinly sliced
1 cooking apple, peeled and chopped
7 oz (200g) tin tomatoes
1 tblsp tomato purée
1 tsp ground sage
salt and pepper
1. Mix all ingredients (except steaks) in a bowl.
2. Place steaks in foil, cover with the mixture and parcel up.
3. Cook in a pre-heated oven 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 1 hour.
