Peanut Butter Balls


8 oz (225g) jar peanut butter
1 1/2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1 cup icing sugar
1 oz (25g) margarine
12 oz (350g) milk cooking chocolate
walnuts for decoration


1. Put peanut butter, cornflakes, sugar and margarine in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Roll mixture into balls of the required size and chill.
3. Dip balls, using a skewer, into melted chocolate to cover.
4. Decorate with a walnut.
