1 carton peach melba yoghurt
1 carton double cream
sliced tinned peaches
2 tblsp demerara sugar
1. Beat yoghurt and cream together.
2. Add drained, chopped peach slices and mix well.
3. Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with sugar.
4. Chill to allow sugar to permeate cream mixture.
