Pasta Salad with Peppers
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
1 lb/450g pasta bows
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3 spring onions, chopped
salt and pepper
4 tblsp mayonnaise
Method
1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
2. Drain, rinse under cold running water and leave to cool.
3. Put pasta into salad bowl and add peppers, onions, salt and pepper.
4. Add mayonnaise and stir well.
5. Chill, ready to serve in 20 minutes.
