Oat Biscuits
Ingredients
4 oz (100g) margarine
3 oz (75g) sugar
6 oz (175g) rolled oats
2 oz (50g) plain flour
Method
1. Cream margarine and sugar and add oats and flour.
2. Knead together and roll out into a square.
3. Cut into fingers or rounds and place on a baking tray.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 15-20 minutes.
