1 lb (450g) steak mince
2 onions, chopped
1 tin condensed cream of tomato soup
1 tin condensed cream of mushroom soup
seasoning or crushed stock cube
5 oz (150g) cheese, grated
4 oz (100g) egg noodles (boiled in salted water)


1. Brown mince in pan, add onions, soups, seasoning and cheese.
2. Add cooked noodles and transfer to a casserole dish.
3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 1 hour.
Note: This can be prepared early, stored in the fridge and cooked later for 1 hour.
