3 oz (75g) butter
9 oz (250g) marshmallows
1 tblsp orange juice
2 oz (50g) raisins
grated rind of 1 orange
6 oz (175g) Rice Krispies
1. Melt butter in a large pan over a low heat.
2. Add marshmallows and orange juice and stir until marshmallows are melted.
3. Remove from heat, add raisins, rind and Rice Krispies and mix well.
4. Press mixture into a greased and lined Swiss roll tin.
5. Leave to chill for 30 minutes and cut into squares.
