Marinated Beef Steak


4 slices beef steak
1-2 tsp double cream
4 tblsp oil
2 tblsp red wine vinegar
4-5 dashes tabasco
1 tsp mustard
2 onions, chopped
2 tblsp tomato ketchup
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce


1. Make marinade by mixing everything except the steak and the cream.
2. Soak the steak in the marinade for 1 hour.
3. Grill the meat, turning and basting over with the marinade for 6-8 minutes.
4. Heat marinade, add cream and serve over meat.
