Mango Chicken


cooked chicken (from approx. 3 lb bird)
1/2 pt (300ml) mayonnaise
1/4 pt (150ml) natural Greek yoghurt or cream
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 jar mango chutney – chop the large pieces


1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Combine mayonnaise, yoghurt, curry powder and mango chutney.
3. Heat gently until blended then fold in chicken pieces.
4. Serve hot or cold with rice.
