Lobster Pate


4 oz (100g) butter
2 tblsp mayonnaise
3 tblsp cream cheese
8 oz (225g) lobster meat, chopped
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper


1. Put butter, mayonnaise and cheese into a food processor and mix well.
2. Add lobster and season to taste.
3. Chill and serve with toast.
