Herbie Haddock


4 haddock fillets
1 oz (25g) margarine
2 oz (50g) brown breadcrumbs
4 oz (100g) cheese, grated
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tblsp parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
1/4 pt (140ml) milk


1. Place haddock fillets in ovenproof dish.
2. Melt margarine and add breadcrumbs, herbs, cheese, parsley and seasoning.
3. Mix together and spread over fish.
4. Pour milk around fish.
5. Cook in a pre-heated oven 190°C/375°F/Gas 5 for 15 minutes.
