4 oz (100g) margarine
170g condensed milk
2 tblsp syrup
3 oz (75g) caster sugar
8 oz (225g) ginger nut biscuits, crushed
1 tsp ground ginger
5 oz (150g) cooking chocolate, melted
1. Put margarine, milk, syrup and sugar in a pan.
2. Bring to boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, add biscuits and ginger and mix well.
4. Press into a Swiss roll tin and cover with melted chocolate.
5. Cut into small squares when set.
