4 oz (100g) margarine
6 oz (175g) sugar
170g condensed milk
2 tblsp syrup
8 oz (225g) digestive biscuits, crushed
1-11/4 tblsp cocoa, or drinking chocolate
5 oz (150g) cooking chocolate, melted
1. Melt margarine, sugar, milk and syrup over a low heat.
2. Add dry ingredients and press mixture into a Swiss roll tin.
3. Cover with melted chocolate and cut into slices when cold.
