4 oz (100g) margarine
4 oz (100g) brown sugar
3 oz (75g) syrup
8 oz (225g) rolled oats
1. Melt margarine, sugar and syrup in a pan over a slow heat.
2. Stir in oats and mix well.
3. Press mixture into a greased 11″ x 7″ Swiss roll tin.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 25-30 minutes.
5. Cut into fingers while warm.
