8 oz (225g) milk cooking chocolate
4 oz (100g) caster sugar
4 oz (100g) coconut
4 oz (100g) glacé cherries or walnuts
1. Melt chocolate, pour into a greased 11″ x 7″ Swiss roll tin and leave to set.
2. Beat egg and sugar together, add coconut and cherries or walnuts and spread mixture over firm chocolate.
3. Bake in a pre-heated oven 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 20 minutes.
4. Cut into squares when cool.
