Cucumber Salad


1 lime table jelly
1/2 pt (300ml) water
5 oz (150g) Hazelnut yoghurt
2 tblsp mayonnaise
1 dsp lemon juice
1 tblsp onion, grated
2 oz (50g) cucumber, grated


1. Melt jelly in water and leave until almost set.
2. Whisk in yoghurt and mayonnaise.
3. Add lemon juice, onion and cucumber.
4. Turn into mould and chill until set.
