Crunchy Malteser Cake

Makes: 12 slices


2 oz/50g butter
2 tblsp syrup
2 tblsp cocoa
6 oz/175g rich tea biscuits
6 oz/175g Maltesers


1. Melt butter and syrup and add cocoa.
2. Roughly crush biscuits and stir into butter mixture.
3. Crush half Maltesers and add along with remaining Maltesers.
4. Put mixture into piece of cling film or foil.
5. Mould into a sausage shape and place in fridge for about 2 hours.
6. Cut into slices and serve.

Note: As an alternative, Maltesers can be replaced with marshmallows.
