Creamy Mushrooms

Serves: 4-6


1 tblsp oil
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
10 oz/275g mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried parsley
15 fl oz/425ml single cream
4 slices bread


1. Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic.
2. Add mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add parsley and mix in cream.
4. Toast bread.
5. Simmer sauce and serve with toast.
