Crab Pancakes


4 oz (100g) white crab meat
1 tblsp S.R. flour
1 egg
1 tblsp oil
a little milk
salt and pepper
1 tblsp oil


  1. Mix all ingredients together (except oil).
  2. Add a little milk if mixture is too stiff.
  3. Fry spoonfuls of mixture in oil until golden and crispy.

Note: Grated cheese and onion can be added to mixture if desired.
