Country Cottage Platter
1 small iceberg lettuce
12 oz (350g) cottage cheese with pineapple
4 oz (100g) honey roast ham, chopped
4 fresh nectarines, sliced
4 oz (100g) grapes, halved and de-seeded.
1. Arrange lettuce on serving dish.
2. Mix cottage cheese and ham and place in centre of lettuce.
3. Arrange nectarine slices and grapes on top.
4. Serve with wholemeal French stick.
