1 lb (450g) liver (chicken is best but any other will do)
a little oil
2 onions, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
1. Fry livers with one of the onions in oil until tender.
2. Mix with rest of ingredients in blender.
3. Serve on buttered toast or biscuits.
