½ pt (300ml) milk
1 tblsp gelatine
1 tblsp sugar
1 tblsp cocoa
2 eggs, separated
1. Put milk, gelatine, sugar and cocoa in a pan and heat gently until melted.
2. Add beaten egg yolks and stir until mixture thickens.
3. Beat egg whites very stiffly and fold into cooled and setting mixture.
4. Put in wetted mould to set, chill and serve.
