4 chicken breasts, scored
1 tsp curry powder
2 tblsp soft brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp mango or apple chutney
2 fl oz water
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over chicken.
2. Leave for 2 hours at least, preferably overnight.
3. Grill at moderate heat, or oven cook chicken at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
4. Put sauce ingredients in pan, bring to boil.
5. Serve with the chicken on a bed of rice.
