Basic Meat Loaf
8 oz (225g) mince
6 oz (175g) smoked bacon, minced
3 oz (75g) white breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
1. Mix mince with bacon in large bowl.
2. Add breadcrumbs, seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Add egg to dry ingredients.
4. Press into bowl, cover and steam for 1 – 11/2 hours.
