Support with Ticket Costs

If the ticket price would make it difficult for you to come this year, please get in touch. We’d be delighted to provide a complimentary ticket.
If you would like to help others attend, you can make a donation when booking.
Guest Speakers

Mairi Smith
Mairi lives in Aberdeen where she teaches and trains women at a weekly bible study class through Bible Study Fellowship. She is a member of Deeside Christian Fellowship and is part of their church plant, Hope Church Torry. Having grown up in Skye, Mairi spent time in Edinburgh as a student and lawyer before the family moved to Aberdeen. Mairi is married to Peter and together they have three boys aged 12, 14 and 16 as well as two little girl dogs. When not feeding, exercising or training boys/dogs Mairi loves reading, being outdoors and (slow!) running.

Cathy Steed
Cathy was born and raised in South Wales and moved to Scotland in 2000, with her husband Phil (and 4 children) when they began serving with OMF International, as Regional Directors. They enjoyed this role serving the missionary community and supporters for 16 years. The Lord called them back into pastoral ministry in 2017 and they are now based in Drumchapel UF Church, Glasgow. Cathy works with Highland Theological College UHI as Student Support Officer and Counsellor. She enjoys Grand Opera, Welsh Rugby and playing with her grandchildren.

Panel Discussion
This year’s conference will include a panel of guest speakers including Mairi and Cathy, who will discuss a variety of engaging questions.
About the Conference
Popular with women of all ages, the WfM Women’s Conference is a fantastic opportunity to gather together to explore a topic of interest through a range of speakers who have been involved in Gospel work here in Scotland and around the world.
Throughout the day, we will hear from our speakers, lunch will be provided as part of the costs of your ticket and there will be a time for fellowship and to explore craft stalls and a bookstall hosted by Christian Focus Publishing.
